Matrix HomesMatrix Homes will build on your lot or ours! We invite Home Buyers who want to build on their own lot to participate in our Partnering Program.

Whether we use Your Plans or our Home Plans, we can customize room size, amenities, elevation, or just about anything on the plans to fit your life style.

At Matrix Homes, every home is built in partnership with the future homeowner. Every buyer has immediate access to the Builder. We invite site visits and encourage questions. We take great pride in knowing that every new home building experience meets your expectations.

Our goal is total customer satisfaction. We build 6-10 new custom homes each year to ensure close attention to detail throughout every aspect of the process. A manageable work schedule helps us to avoid compromise or unexpected delays.
